Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tested skincare and beauty products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during special clearance sales (unless defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Details of the problem.

After review, we will provide a replacement or suitable solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product, or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we can arrange an exchange depending on product availability.
